Mini Green Power supports industrial companies, farmers and local authorities in the deployment and operation of mini green power plants and dryers that enable the valorization of biomass and CSR waste into heat and electricity. This allows our customers to access clean and decarbonized energy.
Comprising an Operations Director, project managers and engineers (mechanical, construction, electrical), the division's role is to monitor each project in its entirety, from the preparation of feasibility studies to the launch of the power plant or dryer, with the support of specific departments. It is also responsible for purchasing.
In charge of engineering and development, this division brings together the design office, R&D, operations and maintenance. It is made up of engineers, automation specialists, project designers, an R&D doctor and the workshop team for our demonstrator.
The Technical Department designs and studies the production of heat and electricity according to the needs of each customer, assesses the structural and technical constraints and monitors technological developments.
Our teams set up the sites, coordinate the people involved and check every phase of production. Once the plant has been installed, they can remotely optimise its operation and provide maintenance.
Each installation is unique and tailor-made
The role of this division is to define the company's short- and medium-term sales strategy, provide solutions tailored to the needs of its customers, seek out new prospects and build loyalty among existing customers.
Support functions are essential to the successful completion of projects. They cover the following areas of expertise:
- QHSE/ CSR- Accounting
- Human Resources with personnel management and recruitment of new talent
- Legal
- IT
- Communication
Some of these functions are currently outsourced, but this could change depending on the profiles encountered and the company's growth.
