  Why did you join MGP ? 
  
  "After working for several years in major French and international industrial groups, I wanted to join a human-scale organisation where we are involved in our day-to-day lives.   Why did you join MGP ? 
  
  After a career in several major groups in the energy sector, I wanted to join a team on a human scale and to give greater meaning to my personal investment, which is the case at MGP.

  What motivates you most in your work ?
  
  To be convinced every day that we are taking action against climate change through the energy decarbonisation projects supported by the MGP.

   What would you say to those interested in joining MGP ?
  
  Joining MGP means joining a company that gives meaning to its work, but it's also a team in the making, and each new recruit makes his or her own contribution to this construction.
