A strategic partnership to develop Mini Green Power® Plants in the Middle East and the United States

Mini Green Power (MGP), a French pioneer in the development of green energy technologies, and SEPEC Consults (SPC), an expert industrial consultancy, manufacturing and marketing firm, are proud to announce a Memorandum of Understanding for an extended collaboration to promote the development of sustainable energy solutions and waste recovery internationally.

As part of a shared commitment to innovation and sustainable development, MGP and SPC are joining forces to deploy cutting-edge technologies in green energy. This partnership will help develop the market for Mini Green Power® plants and staged dryers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and neighbouring countries, as well as in the United States. It will strengthen subcontracting capabilities for producing essential prefabricated components for marketing in these countries, thereby promoting a short-circuit approach.

SEPEC Consults will be responsible for supervising and quality-controlling Mini Green Power's licensed manufacture of power plants and dryers, ensuring the highest standards are met. Mini Green Power will use its expertise and resources to provide these geographical areas with alternatives to polluting energy production through new technologies and tools that will enable the target countries to reduce their environmental footprint.

This strategic partnership is designed to respond to targeted markets while reducing the environmental footprint of the industries involved and optimising energy and waste treatment costs. The Mini Green Power® plants will provide a sustainable solution for cooling in hot countries such as the United Arab Emirates and neighbouring countries. For the United States and other northern countries, these plants aim to produce biochar, which is in very high demand, combined with renewable heat.

Jean Riondel, CEO of Mini Green Power, said : ‘This partnership with SEPEC Consults is a key first step in our international development strategy. Together, we can significantly increase our capacity to manufacture sustainable and innovative solutions in new markets and on new continents," says Jean Riondel, founder and CEO of Mini Green Power.

Jean-Luc Achard, CEO of SEPEC Consults, says: ‘We are enthusiastic about combining our technical skills with MGP's environmental expertise to meet the growing need for responsible energy solutions.’

About Mini Green Power

Mini Green Power is a Var-based company that has developed combustion technology that enables the production of low-carbon energy and biochar from green waste or CSR. This technology has given rise to Mini Green Power® Mini Centrales Vertes. These plants are energy production units (heat, steam, cooling, electricity, etc.) that can be adapted in size to customers' needs. They are modular, autonomous and remotely controllable. They are supplied by solid waste sourced in a short circuit.

In addition to this clean, renewable energy, Mini Green Power® ‘s Mini Green Power Plants can produce biochar, which enables carbon to be sequestered in a sustainable way. Mini Green Power holds 18 patents. Its ambition is to develop its business internationally, with a strong desire to be present on every continent in the coming years.
