The Mini Green Power project located in the South Region has received the CapEnergies competitiveness cluster label. This label recognizes the quality and innovation of our pilot solution for green energy cogeneration (heat and electricity) and carbon sequestration through biochar production.
➡ Energy and biochar production are carried out in our Mini Green Power® plant, which is designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned by Mini Green Power. This 6.7MW Mini Green Power® plant is powered by biomass waste.
Alexandre Borde, President of CIBOLA INVEST, states: "We are delighted to support MINI GREEN POWER's growth project. We were convinced by the quality of the team, its ambition, and its development strategy, which today addresses crucial innovation needs in the fight against climate change."
Jean Riondel, CEO of MINI GREEN POWER, adds: "Obtaining carbon credit accreditation is essential to reduce the production costs of our low-carbon energy and biochar, making it more accessible to our customers. Our development depends on it. This partnership brings together two decarbonization players to combine their expertise in a shared commitment to accelerate environmental transition. I am excited about such collaboration." Our project is part of the energy and ecological transition of the region, valorizing local resources and contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
We thank Capenergies for their support in the labeling process, which has allowed us to receive constructive and relevant feedback from an independent committee of experts. This label is a mark of quality and credibility for our project.
🚀 The project is now entering the development phase, including securing the exact location and biomass and energy contracts.
