At Mini Green Power, we take pride in being a mission-driven company committed to supporting our employees so that each one can live authentically and strive for excellence. This involves effective communication within the team as well as with suppliers and customers.
With this goal in mind, a training program on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has been implemented for the entire team. NVC is a tool that enables us to enhance our listening skills, empathy, and assertiveness while respecting the needs and feelings of each individual. It's a valuable tool for strengthening cohesion and trust within our team, as well as improving the quality of our relationships with our partners, thus contributing to a more harmonious and sustainable world.
